LUTRA B.V. warrants all parts it supplies for manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
Within 30 days after purchase defective parts COD can be sent to LUTRA B.V. are sent.
The relevant parts will then be replaced free of charge. After the 30-day period, the parts can only be used for
your own account to LUTRA B.V. be sent.
They will then also be replaced free of charge and will be returned by cash on delivery. First contact your dealer
before sending parts. Return shipments that are not preceded by written permission from LUTRA B.V.
with authorization code are not accepted. The warranty and replacement provisions only apply if a copy of
the original purchase receipt, with the purchase amount and the purchase date with the parts is included. The owner
of the products is responsible for the periodic checks of the, with the LUTRA B.V. parts supplied, built
products to avoid excessive wear. These checks include: inspection of loose parts and other accessories and
also a periodic inspection of all screws, nuts, bolts and checks on the condition and maintenance of the used wood.
The user manual provides all necessary information about this. This guarantee provision for the parts is covered by the following
cases from: liability on labor costs caused by necessary replacement of a defective part; freight costs after the
warranty period of thirty days; consequential damage caused by or resulting from the use of our products; damage to parts like
consequence of vandalism, improper use, incorrect assembly, incorrect installation or other abnormal conditions. LUTRA B.V.
can not accept responsibility for modifications to and addition of accessories, other than under the name of LUTRA B.V.
delivered. This guarantee provision for the parts concerns the placement of our products on non-public land.
This warranty provision excludes any liability for consequential damage. We reserve the right to make changes
bring in used materials, composition of the parts and design without making this known in advance.
